Kangaroo Island Dunnart

This tiny piece was a part of a World Wildlife Fund campaign following the 2020 bushfires that almost caused the extinction of this delightful big-eyed marsupial mouse.  Numbers are now believed to sit somewhere between 50 individuals up to the low hundreds, making the KI Dunnart one of the most critically endangered species in Australia.
